- 1 x 500 g pack I&J Light & Crispy Classic
- salad leaves
- cucumber, sliced, rosa tomatoes, halved and black olives
- pasta screws (or use your favourite pasta shape), cooked
- Feta cheese, crumbled
- lemon zest, finely grated
- Bake the I&J Light & Crispy portions as per the cooking instructions on the pack.
- Make a Greek salad with the salad leaves, cucumber, tomatoes, olives and pasta. Sprinkle with the Feta cheese and lemon zest.
Serve with a vinaigrette-style salad dressing.
